Seeking an experienced Program Manager
to take ownership for the delivery of a large cross divisional
programme to improve our resiliency capability.
About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to take ownership for the delivery of a large cross divisional programme to improve our resiliency capability. This is an Associate Director level role within Macquarie Group and would suit a self starter with exceptional senior stakeholder engagement skills . This role would require you to:
- Work across and drive deliverables from both our Macquarie businesses as well as technology groups
- Report at the Business Resilience Steering Committee chaired by the Macquarie COO as well as the group COO's.
- Implement a technology governance forum
Key outcomes of the programme are to:
- Identify and remediate any gaps between the business resiliency requirements and our technical capability.
- Track and report on the multiple application and infrastructure remediation projects that are initiated to remediate the gaps
- Implement a resilient and available strategic knowledge management solution for BCM knowledge
- Implement culture change management initiatives
- Implement training programmes
- Implement initiatives to improve our testing and assurance capability.
About You
To be considered for this role you will have:
- Extensive Program Management experience
- Proven experience with senior stakeholder, vendor and supplier management
- Strong risk and dependency management skills
- Proven Service delivery and Operations management
- Proven experience working in different cultural environments
- Open and collaborative
- Analytical and with strong problem-solving skills
- Strong Leadership capabilities
