The Wholesale Equities & Margin Lending business has a fantastic opportunity for 2 dynamic CSO's to join the team in at Commonwealth Bank Place, Darling Quarter.
What the role is all about-
The primary purpose of this role is to support and service clients of the AUSIEX Trading Floor, ensuring SLA targets are met and end customer satisfaction is maintained and grown. Ability to develop relationships with end clients and wholesale customers is a key requirement of the role. Accurate and timely reporting to management will also be required on a regular and ad-hoc basis.

The Wholesale Equities & Margin Lending business has a fantastic opportunity for 2 dynamic CSO's to join the team in at Commonwealth Bank Place, Darling Quarter.
What the role is all about-
The primary purpose of this role is to support and service clients of the AUSIEX Trading Floor, ensuring SLA targets are met and end customer satisfaction is maintained and grown. - To provide exceptional customer service to AUSIEX clients.
- Identify and use opportunities to qualify potential clients on the best way for them to use our service.
- Initiate clients orders in placing, amending and cancelling trades
- Educate clients in the mechanics of trading shares
- Advise clients of live and current market conditions as well as company announcements
- Maintain high knowledge level of stock market as well as AUSIEX products and services offered
- Identify and use opportunities to cross sell our products to clients and potential clients
- Helping to resolve minor issues for clients eg. Settlement enquiries, Pershing account issues and Account changes
- Provide help desk assistance to clients who access web-site
- Always ensure commitments are met and requests are followed up
- Meet minimum performance levels
What we are looking for...
To be considered for this position it is desirable that you meet the following criteria:
- A genuine interest in the stockbroking / trading space
- Exceptionally strong customer service focus
- Empathetic approach to customer service
- Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- Time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Previous experience in Equities markets will be highly regarded.
