An exciting new opportunity has presented itself for an experienced Learning and Development Training Consultant to join one of the world's leading Pharmaceutical company's at their headquarters in Sydney My client is a world-leading manufacturer of life-saving pharmaceutical products with a worldwide reputation of developing innovative and class leading products. With very strong product pipeline coming through, they are in need of an experienced Learning & Development Consultant with a proven medical sales background to join their Sydney base and assist with the training and development of their new and existing sales representatives. Your main responsibilities will include: - Design, develop and execute numerous training programmes to assist the development of new sales representatives. - Effectively develop and manage numerous projects at one time - Be able to manage your time effectively in order to deliver the best training solutions - Work and liase with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure solutions are lined up across various brands - Ensure the enhancement of customer satisfaction through effective delivery and communication of brand values To be considered for the role you must have: - Tertiary qualifications in a science, business or nursing degree - MUST HAVE a minimum 2-3 years experience selling pharmaceutical products - Have a thorough understanding of the industries rules and regulations - Have proven project management experience, coupled with experience in creating training & development programmes - Have excellent communication skills - Be organized and a strategic thinker This is an excellent opportunity to work with a highly reputable and well-established company that is fosters a people friendly working environment and encourages development of your career.
