We are looking for an experienced Corporate Access professional with a strong background in the finance industry and preferably prior Corporate Access / Events experience. The role is based in Sydney on the trading floor, working with senior institutional equities, research, investment banking and as well as being part of the global corporate access team at Morgan Stanley.
The role is extremely multi-faceted and we are looking for a candidate with high levels of professionalism, organization skills, attention to detail and competency. They will also be able to work both autonomously and as part of a global team with a conscientious approach and strong problem solving orientation.
Responsibilities will include:
The organization of both global and domestic roadshows, results briefings, analyst events, client fieldtrips, client bespoke meetings and conference calls, forums, corporate days, conferences, desk briefings, retail briefings, database management, pitch book creation.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
· Bachelor degree in any discipline
· 2+ years Corporate Access / Roadshow experience within the financial sector
· Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
· Strong organization and Mult-tasking skills with good marketing sense
· Good team player, detail oriented and positive attitude
