What you’ll do:

You will manage the Trading risk of our business. How will you do this? You will ensure our Traders are adhering to risk limits, analyse market and Trading data and measure and analyse risk positions. You will play a role in helping us improve our current risk framework to keep us up to date with a dynamic trading environment, creating new and improving upon existing risk monitoring tools.
On a day to day basis you will:
• Control all market and credit related risks in the Asia-Pacific region
• Maintain and improve an effective Market and Credit risk management governance and control framework
• Advise on limits, policies, build risk reports and methodologies
• Prepare daily reports for the Local Head of Risk
• Follow up and enforce solutions for limit violations
• Provide Risk opinions and views to Trading
• Control instrument definitions and setting pre-trade limits on (auto)trading systems
• Daily contribution to helping the Risk Management team stay up to date with new developments in the risk arena

Your Skills:

You have an undergraduate degree in Actuarial, Finance, Maths, Statistics, Physics, Engineering – mechanical, mechatronic or electrical. You will have 0-2 years’ industry experience
Bonus points if you can code in Python, C++ or have VBA
