The role is to assist the Disposal Manager/State Manager in the running of disposal area of the business in the relevant state. The operational responsibilities include but are not limited to:

•Accountable for the receipt and release of all vehicles from the premises ensuring a nil loss of assets and maintain a daily register of all movements.
•Contributing to the overhaul operation GOS/LOS commitment
•Management of the end of lease assessment and billing.
•Co-ordinate the movement and release of all assets from the Custom Fleet premises.
•Maintain a transport register to monitor the movement of all assets for audit reasons delivering a nil loss of asset
•Management of the warehouse, maintaining a clean and safe working environment
•Monitoring the detailing of all assets delivering a professional tender presentation
•Weekly issuing and monitoring of all order numbers keeping cost to a minimum
•Preform the weekly stock take report delivering a nil loss of assets.
•Up to date management of the core operating system delivering accurate, real time And precise reporting
•Management of all storage vehicles ensuring timing records are maintained within the core operating system
•Carry out the vehicle restoration inspections process on all vehicle returned to the premises and billing of cost associated outside the FW&T guide
•Assist in the preparation of the weekly tender documents delivering accurate details of all assets offered
•Co-ordinate the return and disposal of client owned vehicles
•All duties as requested on a need be basis by direct leader
•Extensive experience (3 years) in Fleet Management & Leasing or the Motor Vehicle Industry
•Broad technical knowledge of motor vehicles
•Motor Trade qualification highly regarded
•In depth knowledge of, exposure to, and affinity with the motor industry
•Strong time management skills
•Excellent communication skills – both written and oral
•Intermediate excel skills
•Solid to outstanding demonstration of the GE Growth Values
