Part Time Opportunity - 2 days per week

Monday and Friday- 9:30am- 4:30pm

Total 12.5 hours per week

What will you do?
As a Customer Service Specialist you will be assisting customers realise their financial goals by conducting financial health checks. By identifying particular needs and future plans you will be able to explain the benefits of a comprehensive and diverse range of products and services to our customers. Often you will see a need to refer the customer on to one of our specialist teams such as business banking or financial planning.
What will help you succeed?
You are highly motivated with the ability to achieve targets in a busy sales-driven and structured environment. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate their absolute dedication to the customer experience as well as a proven ability to meet targets in a sales role. You will be a confident communicator and will not be afraid to start upa conversation with a stranger. Previous banking or finance experience is desirable but absolutely not essential - a strong sales and service background is more important.
