REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION: Minimum: High School Diploma, AutoCAD Drafting Technology certificate or equivalent AutoCAD experience. Preferred: Diploma in Architecture with AutoCAD training. EXPERIENCE: Minimum: 5 yrs. Preferred: 7 yrs. in similar position. LANGUAGE SKILLS: English Basic COMPUTER SKILLS: Intermediate, AutoCAD software. JOB DETAILS: POSITION SUMMARY: Assist the Engineers in the development and preparation of drawings related to project works using the AutoCAD technology, to the standard and performance set by the department. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: 1.Demonstrates knowledge and application of the Medical Corporation's mission, vision and values. 2. Using the AutoCAD technology and equipments, perform drawing works associated with building construction and renovation and the corresponding building services. 3. Convert and update to AutoCAD format as-installed architectural and building services drawings. 4. As required by Engineer/s, make working drawings of equipment components for fabrication. 5. Organize, keep and maintain project drawing files in digital format. 6. Responsible for the security and upkeep of AutoCAD equipments such as the computer, plotter and including the software. 7. Keep and maintain project drawing files and correspondence. 8. Liaise with chosen Consulting company as regards supply of drawings to the Medical Corporation and/or other project correspondence. 9. Instigate and liaise with the Civil Engineer regarding requirements and ordering of supplies in the Drafting Section. 10. Performs other duties as requested.
