About our client:

We are looking to fill the role of a Corporate Services Manager to be a part of our team who is one of Australia's most awarded digital agencies. With a range of new and exciting project wins, we're in need of a passionate and talented professional to join our team and help meet our business goals.

The Corporate Service Manager, manages a broad range of professional corporate services and leads continuous developments in different areas of the organization. He/She also oversees all of the activities involved with the running and administering the organization, develops plans, analyze their feasibility and implement them if they see fit. Corporate Service Managers have control over the business procedures and day to day operations of the company and an active role in improving the overall functionality of the business.



What does the position entails:

* Resource, schedule and traffic management to ensure the efficient usage of staff members to produce exceptional work and meet deadlines
* Digital project management to assist Project Managers in stressful situation
* Implementation of strategies to ensure retention and developments of key business areas
* Strategic human resource management services, human resource administration, recruitment, payroll
* To ensure the business is running efficiently and advise on financial matters when necessary
* Analyze problems, find solutions and make important decisions
* Conduct meetings with staff and senior managers to ensure the progress of projects and business goals
* Coordinate and analyze research and planning strategies
* Develop and implement policies, rules and regulations
* Make recommendations to senior management
* Oversee all operations of the business
* Prepare reports

* Ability to delegate projects and tasks

* Ability to manage many internal and external staff to monitor progress and ensure effective operations

* Ability to maintain decorum under stressful situations

* Ability to adapt in fast paced environments

The successful candidate must possess the following:

* Tertiary qualifications in Business or Management disciplines
* Demonstrated experience leading a large team of mixed discipline employees
* Traffic management in a Digital Agency
* Project Management in a digital agency
* Experience in sales and marketing management
* Working knowledge of Agile methodology
* Experience working with JIRA, Zendesk, LiquidPlanner and similar tools
