As a Senior Personal Banker/Assistant Manager your role is to act as a senior referral point for sales and service staff for more complex customer interviews and transactions and provide proactive support to the Branch Manager in addressing any business, operational or people issues on a day-to-day basis.

The successful incumbent will also have the ability to contribute to the achievement of branch business objectives, support the team to achieve targets and drive branch performance to deliver growth that meets District objectives and achieve and seek to outperform agreed targets in quality sales and customer terms. 

Essential Skills:

• High level of sales skills and understanding of sales culture, preferably acquired in the Financial Sector
