CONTRACT PACKAGE: 2 year contract. 5.500 EUR before 13% taxes per month. - 1.500 EUR housing allowance - Visa expenses covered - Expat insurance - Transport to/from work - Flight in/out - One flight per year to/from point of hiring Negotiable depending on qualifications. REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION: Nursing Degree or Diploma. EXPERIENCE: At least 2 years experience as a HEAD NURSE. Prior experience with commissioning new facilities. Experience with implementing JCI, prior responsibilities with assuring Medical Quality and /or developing internal medical policies. OTHER REQUIREMENTS: - Preferred specialization within ICU or Surgery. - An enthusiastic and pragmatic approach to adapting knowledge to new and different conditions. - An ambition to travel, share knowledge and get new experiences. - Knowledge of Russian would be ideal, but not a requirement. JOB DETAILS: The chosen candidate will be responsible for starting up the clinic in an environment that needs constant direction and guidance in order to increase healthcare quality. We are ideally seeking a candidate with strong hands-on experience that will be able to lead the implementation independently within her/his field.
