FLEET & FACILITIES ADMINISTRATOR
THE OPPORTUNITY
YOU will be responsible to ensure high quality cost effective Fleet and Facilities administration services that are within budget and compliant with legal requirements and PM policies, procedures, guidelines and contracts. To provide support to PML, ITSC businesses as required through coordination of services, handling of enquiries/complaints, provision of reporting and processing of payment and re-charges. YOU will support the Manager Facilities to provide exceptional service in a seamless manner.
YOU will need:
•High level of customer service and ability to maintain a positive outlook with those you deal with, despite pressures and juggling priorities.
•Excellent computer skills.
•Experience in Excel and internal systems.
•Strong attention to detail.
