We are seeking a Finance Manager who will lead and develop the finance department.

We are seeking a Finance Manager who will lead and develop the finance department. Reporting to the CFO you will be responsible for mentoring a small team of professionals, along with statutory, prudential and management reporting. You will be working closely with Business Intelligence and Project divisions within the organisation to support our strategic direction.

To succeed in this position you must have experience in a similar role. You will have highly developed technical skills, strong business ethic, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills and the talent to build effective relationships with stakeholders are critical to this role. The role will require a qualified CPA/CA with requisite undergraduate degree. Working experience with financial institutions will be looked upon favourably.
