Due
to expansion with our client's Corporate Department, we are seeking a
knowledgeable and experienced Corporate Administrator.
The successful candidate will be responsible for dealing effectively with the administration of a portfolio of companies and partnerships, including maintaining statutory registers; updating company records; preparing and filing relevant documentation; dealing with correspondence and effective liaison with clients, attorneys and stakeholders. This is not an entry level position. Candidates must have at least 5 years’ experience and be degree educated and/or have achieved ICSA qualification. They will be computer proficient in Microsoft Suite and ideally have a working knowledge Viewpoint software. An excellent remuneration and benefits package is being offered for this position. | |
