We are currently searching for Third Engineers to join our team ! 3rd Engineer is designated as Junior watch keeper, responsible to the 1st Engineer. 3rd Engineer will primarily report to the Senior watch keeper as designated by the 1st Engineer, and will assist in all aspects of technical operations and maintenance. 3rd Engineer is an entry level position. Primary duties are to maintain the watch with the Senior Watch keeper, maintain ships equipment as designated by senior personnel and operate ships equipment in accordance with Royal Caribbean policy and procedures, manufacturer’s instructions and under senior personnel guidance. The candidate must hold a License as Watchkeeping Engineer in accordance with STCW (Regulation III/1) convention issued by a country that has ratified the convention. Requirements: * Ability to speak English clearly, distinctly and cordially with guests. * Ability to read and write English in order to understand and interpret written procedures.
