predictive modelling & analytics background, and experience working
with Marketing teams.
Purpose and Principal Activities:

Purpose and Principal Activities:
- Work with both the Marketing team to build models to allow more informed decision making
- Provide accurate and timely analysis of customer behaviours and identify revenue increasing opportunities
- Utilise a variety of analytical and statistical techniques including some of Regression modelling, mapping and forecasting to answer specific business problems
- Mentor and develop a small team of analysts
- Develop Marketing campaign analysis to optimise marketing spend effectiveness
- Demonstrable strong commercial urgency and leadership
- Master's degree in a quantitative discipline (statistics, decision sciences, mathematics, economics or similar)
- Strong experience relating to predictive modelling, data mining, data exploration etc. is expected
- Experience working with large data sets
- Experience with statistical analysis tools (ex. SAS, SPSS, R), advanced SQL and MS Excel skills required
- Strong attention to details and good communication skills.
- Quick learner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
