Receptionist/Secretary (AU939RSW)


 
Our company is a growing software company specializing in web applications development.

We are currently recruiting a Receptionist/Secretary to join our young and vibrant team. You will be responsible for the full management of the reception area as well as carrying out general administration, typing of quotations and providing general administrative assistance to the project team.

The duties of this role include but are not limited to:
• Collect and follow up mail, e-mail and telephone calls
• Taking detailed messages
• Maintain schedules and calendars
• Preparing letters, reports and correspondence
• General administrative duties assisting all departments

Requirements:
• Fluent in English both oral and writing.
• Good administrative and organizational skills
• Friendly personality and a proactive attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Skilled in all Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
• Ability to work in a fast paced dynamic environment
