Job Description	1 Assist in preparation of monthly sales reports to the Business Units using IMS and Ex-factory data. 2 Prepare month-end expense reports for the Business Units. 3 Assist in the monthly Global Sales Forecasting System process. 4 Assist in the monthly Expense Forecasting process 5 Extract and manipulate data for analysis and reporting – highlighting trends and anomalies. 6 Assist in preparation of sales and expense budgets. 7 Calculate Incentives for the Surgical Teams. 8 Working closely with the BPA team to provide business support. 9 Assist in the continued improvement and maintenance of various reporting tools. 10 Ensure Work Instructions and Process documentation are up to date. 11 Complete special projects and ad hoc reporting as required. 12 Collect and maintain suitable records and adhere to company policies. Identify and assist in the resolution of department non-conformities including implementation of corrective and preventative action.
Minimum requirements	• At least 3-5 years commercial / business analyst experience • Excellent communication and problem solving skills • High degree of business acumen and business partnering ability • Strong attention to detail & highly organised • Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint • The ability to use your initiative to improve processes and get results. • Degree qualified in business or commerce
