We are currently seeking an experienced candidate to join the Australian Marketing team in the role of Marketing Executive, Commercial Banking.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, Commercial Banking, this role will see the incumbent responsible for driving, implementing and evaluating marketing campaigns, event programmes and customer communication to meet acquisition, usage and customer engagement objectives across Commercial Banking.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Actively driving, implementing and executing marketing campaigns across Commercial Banking (including Business Banking)

  • Driving sales across these markets through the development of relevant collateral, advertising and direct marketing campaigns, events, sponsorships, website and ad hoc project management

  • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective marketing deliverables using a consultative approach

  • Manage agency and supplier relationships to maximise service delivery and output

  • Management of associated marketing budgets and calendars

  • Working closely with internal business units to understand customer and business challenges and develop appropriate marketing programs

  • Accurate tracking and evaluation of all marketing activity, whilst ensuring maximum return on marketing investment via effective test and roll-out strategies

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role you will need:
  • A tertiary qualification, preferably within Marketing
  • A minimum of 3 years marketing experience within a Financial Services environment
  • Demonstrated marketing experience within, and understanding of, business and institutional customers within a Commercial, Corporate or Business banking environment
  • Previous event management experience preferred• Understanding of a global business beneficial
  • Significant experience in developing and implementing TTL marketing campaigns
  • Experience in managing 3rd party relationships (including data agencies, mailhouses, printers, creative and media agencies)
  • Strong negotiation, communication and influencing skills
