The Commonwealth Bank is currently offering greatopportunities to join our premium Local Business Banking team as a Business Service Centre Associate. The Local Business Banking team operates in a contact centre environment that prides itself on ensuring client satisfaction. Due to continual progression and in order to support our existing business, we are looking for experienced Customer Service Professionals to add value to our existing teams.

As an Associate you will be an integral member supporting the overall business. You will enhance your capabilities and development with the opportunity to be multiskilled and trained across the Business. This will see you start the career you have always wanted!

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Taking high volume inbound customers enquires
  • Proactively working with team members to achieve desired outcomes
  • Use your exemplary communication and relationship management skills to rectify enquires and offer solutions
  • Originate and initiate fulfilment for both business and retail products.

Ideal Candidate:
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster (Monday toSunday between 7am-11pm)
  • Call Centre/Customer service experience (minimum2 years)
  • Previous experience working towards targets/KPI's
  • The ability to work in a fast paced team oriented environment on a rotating basis
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • A passion for delivering exceptional Customer service
  • Demonstrating a positive attitude and approach to Customers and Clients
  • Experience working with complex and multiple internal computer systems
  • Banking/Finance industry experience or interest desirable
