Due to growth in the business and a desire to develop a more granular understanding of the numbers, a superb opportunity has come up to join the team responsible for producing and analysing the performance of the business to ultimately shape decisions and resource allocation.
You will be responsible for:
Due to growth in the business and a desire to develop a more granular understanding of the numbers, a superb opportunity has come up to join the team responsible for producing and analysing the performance of the business to ultimately shape decisions and resource allocation.
You will be responsible for:
- Developing capital methodology and driving capital optimisation
- In-depth financial analysis and commentary for decision support purposes
- Significant stakeholder engagement in a ‘no suprises’ management team
- Forecasting, planning and budgeting
You
will be considered a ‘top performer’ with experience in leading and
developing FP&A functions in well recognised banking brands. Your
communication skills, leadership ability and commercial nouse will give
you the confidence to present to a senior audience to dissect the
numbers in a meaningful way. Previous FP&A experience in global
markets, transaction banking or lending would be highly regarded.
This
role has a high degree of visibility both within the business unit as
well in the wider group. It provides a superb platform for career
progression.
