Your role as a Customer Service Representative will see you handling incoming calls and be the voice of our business. Your job will be to field customer telephone enquiries about insurance products and alter and update customer policies as per their requests and within company guidelines You will be working towards targets and using your knowledge of our insurance products to cross sell and up sell to our customers to better meet their insurance needs.
It is essential that you are a resilient person who is able to stay calm and professional in the face of some very complex customer enquiries. This resilience coupled with reliability, punctuality and commitment is essential for you to succeed in this role.
