Claims Specialist - Life Insurance
Our
client currently is currently recruiting for a number of roles in the
claims space. We are looking for 2 Claims Officers and a Claims
Specialist to join this growing organisation.
You will be responsible for the delivery of quality trustee submissions for approval, participating in making decisions and recommendations within the team, maintaining day to day processes. You will act as a mentor for the Claims Officers, ensuring accurate authorising of claim payments and/ or variations. Handle all ongoing liaison between the insurer and the fund as well as dealing with the claimants.
Ideally we are after candidates with strong experience within Group Life claims administration. Someone who has the ability to mentor and coach, has a strong aptitude for customer service, is a real problem solver and is a real team player.
Individuals with previous experience working in workers compensation will also be considered. Any familiarity with medical terminology or a Bachelors Degree in medical or health related industries will be held in high regard.
