The AMP Direct team is responsible for developing the distribution channel that supports customers who wish to transact directly with AMP rather than through intermediaries / self-employed aligned or non-aligned planners and do not require face to face contact.
The purpose of this role is to provide an excellent customer experience to all AMP customers, maximising every revenue opportunity through the appropriate sales process and call skills, while operating within the provided regulatory framework.
The effectiveness of this team will depend on people who have the proven ability to exceed targets, provide our customers with excellent service and embrace and promote AMP Direct strategy and growth initiatives.
The successful candidates will have previous experience in general insurance or financial planning, be RG146 compliant, highly motivated and enjoy working in a sales team environment.
